SHOLINGANALLUR: On Friday, 15 December, from 6-8 p.m., slum dwellers of Sholinganallur throw open their homes to the general public, for an evening of fun and discussions on their lives. The event, titled, “Dine and Dialogue” is being organized by Centre for Women’s Development and Research, and iVolunteer. There will be food, dance, and music by the residents.
“It’s an opportunity for people to share and learn from people who they may not otherwise engage with,” say the organizers.
