EGATTUR: Kotak India Real Estate Fund has invested Rs. 244 crore in the Marina Mall, that is to come up in Egattur, on OMR.
The mall is to feature a multiplex, hotel with 126 rooms, and retail outlets, in a total of 5.30 lakh sq.ft. The mall is promoted by the landowners, Mukrim Habeeb and family, and developed by Allied Housing. The architects for the project are Cheralathan Associates.
